Don Temple built his first self-storage units in Long Beach in the 1960s, when self-storage was barely a concept. More than 60 years later, the same family name is on the sign, and the same approach to doing business holds: give people straightforward pricing, flexible terms, and a secure place to store what they care about.

When your needs change, give us written notice and you are done. No penalties, no minimum commitment beyond the current month.
A public RV dump station at our main location
This is a genuinely rare amenity in this part of Long Beach. Current tenants use the dump station for free. Non-tenants are welcome to use it for $25 per dump. It is open seven days a week during business hours at 3750 E Spring Street.
Secure, fenced lots with key card access
The main location at 3750 E Spring Street has a fenced, key card-access lot and security cameras on the office and storage areas. Our second location at 3490 E Spring Street has camera coverage throughout the entire facility.
