1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Don Temple Storage website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and renters of our storage facilities.

2. Services

Don Temple Storage provides self-storage units, RV storage, boat storage, vehicle storage, and RV dump station services at our Long Beach, California locations. All storage rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement that will be provided at the time of rental.

3. Rental Terms

Storage rentals are on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. Rental terms, pricing, and conditions are specified in your individual rental agreement. Key terms include:

• Rent is due on the first of each month
• Late fees may apply for overdue payments
• Access is available during business hours (8am-6pm, 7 days a week)
• Written notice is required to terminate your rental

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the first of each month. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in late fees as specified in your rental agreement. Failure to pay rent may result in denial of access to your unit and, after proper notice, enforcement of lien rights as permitted by California law.

The following items are prohibited from storage at our facilities:

• Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
• Illegal items or contraband
• Perishable food items
• Living creatures or animals
• Stolen property
• Items that emit odors or attract pests

Access to storage units is available during our business hours: 8am to 6pm, seven days a week. Access may be denied if your account is past due. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and lock.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or to interfere with any other user's use of the website.

10. Contact Forms and Communications

By submitting a contact form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Don Temple Storage regarding your inquiry or rental. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don Temple Storage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for storage services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
